He began his career in the diplomatic sector in 2010, with over a decade of experience at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Nations in New York. These years helped him develop a deep understanding of protocol, negotiation, and global systems, laying the groundwork for his subsequent work in the private sector.

Fahad later joined Faena Group in Miami, where he contributed to brand expansion, development planning, and business facilitation throughout the Middle East and the Americas. His diplomatic background—characterized by multilingual communication, cultural intelligence, and the ability to connect institutions with opportunities—enabled him to transition seamlessly between the public and private sectors.

In 2023, he returned to New York, where he currently collaborates with private family offices, investment firms, and strategic global partners. His focus includes real estate oversight, asset management, brand and business development, strategic operations, and high-end lifestyle management. He is recognized for his ability to operate on multiple levels—thinking broadly, executing precisely, and bringing cohesion to ambitious, cross-disciplinary projects.

With a background in Fine Arts, Social Sciences, and International Relations—along with further studies at Columbia University, New York University, UNITAR, and Harvard Kennedy School—Fahad brings a thoughtful, multidisciplinary perspective to every engagement.

    Led Bahrain’s participation in UN high-level meetings, overseeing all aspects of coordination, reporting, and representation. Managed and trained diplomatic teams on the workings of the United Nations and served as an official UN Teller during elections for the Security Council, International Court of Justice, ECOSOC, and other principal organs. Drafted and negotiated multiple resolutions within the General Assembly and main committees, while advancing Bahrain’s diplomatic visibility through strategic communication, analysis, and successful campaign management for key UN positions.

    Bilateral Affairs

    Developed and strengthened communication channels between Bahrain and counterparts across the Americas and Pacific regions, including the United States, Canada, Brazil, Colombia, and Peru. Created and streamlined processes to facilitate direct engagement between government officials and foreign missions.     Selected from thousands of applicants to join the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Program (4th Edition) as a full-time Research Fellow. The fellowship provided advanced training in research methods, policy analysis, and executive writing through the Bahrain Institute of Public Administration in collaboration with the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
